Titan Ultra Turf Type Tall Fescue is a new and improved variety. It performs well in less than ideal condition, has strong heat and strong Cold Tolerance. It is disease resistant tall fescue variety developed for superior turf quality across a wide area of adaptation.  It is also Weed Resistant and has a rhizomatous root system. This innovation makes Titan Ultra Turf Type Fescue a true adaptor to repair and recovery when it comes to repairing rhizomes and even more when it comes to tillers this gives it the ability to fill in bare spots. This also allows it to quickly form a strong dense turf and demonstrate excellent wear tolerance.  It is moderately fine textured, has dark green color, can do well in shaded areas, and exhibits resistance to Brown Patch.  Titan Ultra Turf Type Fescue is endophyte enhanced for added disease resistance. This works week against Red Thread, Brown Patch.  It is a great choice for sod growers, home lawns, golf course roughs, and low maintenance sites.  Titan Ultra Turf Type Tall Fescue  can be planted alone or in seed mixtures maintained at a moderate height of cut.
