Rhizing Moon is a new and improved, heat and disease resistant tall fescue variety developed for superior turf quality across a wide area of adaptation.  It has rhizomatous root system. This innovation makes Rhizing Moon quickly form a strong dense turf and demonstrate excellent wear tolerance.  It is moderately fine textured, has dark green color, can do well in shaded areas, and exhibits resistance to Brown Patch.  Rhizing Moon is endophyte enhanced for added disease resistance.  It is a great choice for sod growers, home lawns, golf course roughs, and low maintenance sites.  Rhizing Moon can be planted alone or in seed mixtures maintained at a moderate height of cut.
